Returns & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return & refund policy to make your experience with us as smooth and fair as possible.


🕒 How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Contact us at info@teleworld.com.au to request a return. If accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions for how and where to send your item

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at info@teleworld.com.au so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty, sanitary products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards or downloadable software

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction

⏳ If it’s been over 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@teleworld.com.au


💡 Partial Refunds May Apply

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items returned opened or with signs of use (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs, software)

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

  • Returns received after 30 days


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item?

  • The quickest option is to return your item and place a new order

  • If your item is defective or damaged, contact us to arrange an exchange

Since we work with multiple suppliers, please confirm the correct return address before posting.


🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit

  • If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The item must still meet the general return criteria.
